All purchases are dispatched from our facility in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, via trusted courier partners. Kindly allow the estimated delivery time as mentioned on your order receipt.
Please be aware that products on sale, opened, or used items are not eligible for exchange or refund. LOVVO is not liable for any damage that occurs after the order has been delivered.
Allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date of return for us to process your request. We will notify you once your return has been completed.
All claims for missing items or damage must be reported to our customer support team on the same day the order is delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
- All return or exchange requests will undergo inspection by the LOVVO team. If you’re reporting product leakage or damage during delivery, kindly share clear images and the batch number via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order. We will perform a quality assessment within 48 to 72 hours. If the product qualifies, we will proceed with the return or exchange process.
Please note: Any issues resulting from misuse, incorrect handling, or negligence will not be eligible for return or exchange. - Each item is eligible for exchange only once. Monetary refunds are not offered.
- Return shipping costs are non-reimbursable.
- A product can be returned only if it meets one or more of the following conditions:
- Received in a damaged physical condition
- Delivered with missing components or accessories
- The product is unused and the packaging remains unopened
